Click here to check our shop operation time. Click and Collect orders will be reserved for 20 days. If you miss picking items up what you ordered, your order will be canceled and will be refunded by your original payment method.

We accept the following payment method:

After payment is finished, an e-mail includes a list of items you have purchased and a receipt will be sent to you.

Policy and terms

Morssola is committed to providing your delightful online shopping. If you feel not satisfied with the product of any reasons, request a return or exchange.
Dear customers, to arrange an exchange or return please email [email protected] indicating the item and the reason within 14 days.
After your email has been received, our team will contact you as soon as possible to guide you in detailed processing.

We will happily help with your inquires the following conditions:

-All products must be boxed in the original delivery condition with labels or stickers attached.
-Please note exchange is allowed one time.
-Delivery fees of returns and exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
-The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
-We will help exchanges of Sale items, but please considering refunds are not available.
-ACC(earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) items are not unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Found any defective of items or wrong item delivered, please contact us within 5 days with detailed contents.
Once receiving your inquiry, our team will assist you for the specific processing and covered including shipping fees.
